Not all of them. Final Fantasy 7 on Steam is vastly superior, especially because you can get mods which upgrades the game to HD graphics and textures.

Don't say 'still suck' as if it had alway been like this! The 80s and 90s had countless perfect and near perfect games on home computers and PCs. Much more so than on the kiddy consoles. The downfall just started at about 2005.

Idk what Rockstar did with RDR2 but its probably the best port ever. I could run it on a 5th gen i3 with integrated graphics at 20 FPS

You can always tell when a game was built for a console. eg the last Deus Ex game had monorail cars with a whole 7 polygons.

I agree with most of what was said here. I also think there is one massive reason why PC ports are not great…. Console games simply sell more. I’m not sure why that wasn’t mentioned, but I’m gonna assume that this has to play a large part.

the most shittiest thing is probably when they don't give a shit making the pc ports they top that of with a DRM dickwad that doubles the perfomance issue. I know there's fixes to it but if i buy a game i'm not diddling with it for 20 hours just so i can actually play the goddamn game. This is why I just pirate and emulate games it takes time to do it but atleast it's free and i'm not supporting lazy and asshole publisher that doesn't care about the game they made.
