When in the video club, when I try to search, I can't because my keyboard is almost off the top of the screen. I have TWO boxes, and both, all of a sudden do the same thing. Normally, If I start typing a title I'm looking for, different items will show up, but even now, NOTHING shows up....how do I fix this?!?!? I tried rebooting, but no success. Please advise.

I bought it today its working ok. I leave in europe and i have 4k tv but when i chiose resolution i can only choose in PAL until 1080p in NTSC that is for usa i can choose 4k !!!!! How can i fix that ? Also why i have a diferent remote controler ?

I’m a dealer and I order 10 box of 420w1 from infomir.us/ infomir.us and all of the 420 boxes not working properly, i try with 2 different server provider and it’s keep acting up.. I 322w1 is better box then newer 420w1 box!

`What do you mean by easy wifi access? I had the mag254 and it was working perfectly with a simple wifi antenna. Now I have the message "no wifi adaptor connected"

ANyone know how to add a wifi dongle to the mag 420 ? I have wifi dongle working fine with all other mag but not with the mag420. It is a pitty we can"t add a wifi dongle. Or do we need a special kind of dongle ?
