The problem with communism – and with some very recent ideologies here at home – is that they think you can change reality by screaming at it.
Wokism started much earlier, with Sun Tzu, being credited in various places for the idea of subversion. Going after a system and randomly assigning a class of perpetrator as perennial villains to leech off, isn't new. The misrepresentation, and dismantling, of Brahmins and the caste system in India, was the earliest destabilizing woke force. Part of the resentment was in-grown, with each group thinking that the other is screwing with it. But exploited and played by Sun Tzu. Something that opened up India to the millenia of invasions. India was much more pluralistic than China even then, relatively, and pluralism faces bigger challenges, always. The same is seen now in the west, where you take any system - gender, colour, race, money; it gets assigned a perpetrator - male, white, European, capitalist, who is an eternal villain that will be leeched off.

This resonates with me deeply because I was cursed out at a local restaurant by a white woman who teaches in Harlem who took offense to me saying that honor killings are wrong. She made such a scene that I had to leave the restaurant, else deal with the woke mob. Imagine a woman in American telling me that I'm not respecting another culture's right to arbitrarily kill another woman. That's woke-ism gone awry.

I confess, I used to be woke. I was constantly getting triggered. I protested everything that offended me, and demanded it all be cancelled. Finally I grew out of it, and went to preschool.
Woke (adj.) A state of awareness achieved by those who are easily manipulated to perceive injustice in everything except their own behavior.
Wokeness is the new communism. If you don't think like us we want you gone.
