In this video, we will be meeting Darryl. Darryl has somehow managed to anger the whole world, get his arm chewed off, and get himself enslaved to boot. Darryl's spirit is far from broken, however, and he's out for revenge against all those that have wronged him. I make some very stupid mistakes in this playthrough, and get Darryl into some bad, bad situations. This being a hardcore run, I am unable to reload previous saves when things do not go to plan, and so I am forced go balls to the wall to get him out alive. Will I be able to get him what he wants, or will he bleed out in the sand like so many others? I am using the "Impossible start" mod to start the game in a slaver settlement as a one-armed slave. In this start, my character begins at -100 relations with all factions with the exception of the Holy Nation Outlaws, Shinobi Thieves, Trade Ninjas, and Anti-Slavers, which all begin at 0 relations. I will be running the character solo. I will not be reloading a previous save when things do not go to plan. All consequences are irreversible, and the character's death is final. My goal will be to have my character kill all major faction leaders in toe-to-toe combat. I have 318 hours of experience playing Kenshi prior to beginning this playthrough. I have several mods installed, some of which have a minor effect on gameplay. A complete list of my installed mods can be found in the description below. Dismemberment is set to frequent. Kenshi - Slave start 3X Death and 2X Weapon Damage. I was going make a run for it but decided to stop and steal a little food and the guards caught up with me. Its really almost impossible to outrun the guards when on the brink of starvation. Even if I would not have tried to take the food, they would have caught me or else I would have died of starvation long before I would find food while on the run. A little surprised that she didn't collapse when the arm was taken off. Hint: When the guards catch you, run back to your cell.
Replacing Beeps Limbs With Prosthetics. The most accessible way to lose limbs is to have them chopped off in combat, specifically by high cut damage weapons wielded by adept users. This of course lacks precision and is time-consuming and luck-dependent when done in the wild. Prisoner Poles are capturing devices used by Cannibals, Fogmen and Gurglers. When a recruit/NPC is captured nearby a prisoner pole they are locked in and eaten alive by the nearest enemies. This process can take anywhere from a few seconds to minutes, allowing for escape. Toughness, Dodge & First Aid Training Method, in Kenshi. you can go over 100 in this way. Fast Training Exploit for Toughness in Kenshi - In this video we are getting x3 exp; and negating damage with late game armor. We face off against powerful enemies and continue to get struck down & get up and fight when you should be playing dead. Toughness combat exp scales based on the amount of damage received relative to your toughness level, using the skill diff modifiers in the FCS. Damage that is resisted via armor or toughness itself IS still counted for this purpose, even though the damage might be nullified. At 25 damage or lower than your toughness level, you will receive x0.1 the amount of exp. At 10 damage over your toughness level, you will receive x2 exp. This scales up to x6 exp at 50 damage over your toughness level. The following methods are ways of improving a character's Toughness (quoted directly from In-game): Getting hurt, getting beaten up, losing battles Get up and fight when you should be playing dead Bonuses if you are fighting critically wounded Making certain (often foolish) dialogue choices "It means starting fight with drunks, bandits, or any other usually hostile factions through dialog" Once your health drops below your KO point [Specific to your character] your health becomes critical and you won't be able to get back up again. Realistic medical system that affects gameplay. A character with a wounded leg will limp or crawl and slow the party down, wounded arms means you must use your sword one-handed or not at all. I'll be taking the 'high road' and not becoming mega-wealthy by stealing everything not nailed down (as this imbalances the game pretty quickly) and also playing on Ironman, so no save scumming. We have fought so many many many animals this round. We spent all that time preparing to fight spider bots in labs only to run into masses of fleshy troubles. Nothing but King Gorillo and beak things. Though I think I am finally over my fear of beak things, we have slaughtered so many of them.
