Shoulders and obliques workout here we come! We will be hitting our entire core abs abs with focus on the obliques followed by a shoulder workout with dumbbells! You will simply need a pair of dumbbells and a mat for this workout. I am using 2 pairs of dumbbells but this is optional. I am using 10kg for the obliques and the compound shoulder movements and the 6kg for the lateral, frontal, rear delts etc! The timer will be on for 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest for the oblique portion. Timer will then change to 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds rest for the shoulders. We perform each movement for 2 sets before moving into next! The burn out of push press at the end is only one set! PLEASE NOTE: perform windmill either bodyweight or with a very light weight if not used to this movement. Super sets! Super intense session! This upper body workout will demand a lot from your shoulders, biceps and triceps with supersets being the format! A staple involving pressing so we return to the shoulders throughout! For this upper body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair for bodyweight dips and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 9kg each and 6kg each! The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work, straight into another 30 seconds to make each superset! There will be 20 seconds rest in between each superset! Each superset will be performed for 3 sets in total! There is a staple superset that will appear 4 times in total: partial shoulder presses into full range presses! I will be using 9kg dumbbells every time this pops up! During the ZOTTMAN curls I will be using lighter weights (the 6kg dumbbells) as this movement is a lot on the wrists also so please reduce weight or even filled water bottles. I will also use the lighter weights for the palms up curls straight after…. Today's upper body workout with dumbbells is an absolute beast! This workout features GIANT supersets – we're talking about completing 4 exercises back-to-back for 30 seconds each before taking a 60 second break to recover and get ready for the next set. If doubt is creeping into your head right now about whether you can do this workout or if you should go find an easier chest, shoulders, back and/or arms workout, then tell those voices to go to hell, because you got work to do 💪🏽 You CAN and WILL crush this workout! You'll want to have two sets of dumbbells for this workout. For reference, I'm using 20lb & 30lb dumbbells (11kg & 14kg). Make sure you can manage the weights you are using while keeping good form. If it gets too heavy or you tire quickly, then drop weights. Alternatively, if it's too easy and you need a little more then increase your weights. Customize this workout to yourself and then come back to this same workout once per week and either increase the number or reps that you do, slightly increase the weights you are using, or both. This will make you stronger. Alright, let's do this. Work hard today and believe you can do this. Lunges and calves leg day!! The entire lower body will be working hard in this superset session! Hamstrings, glutes, quads and calves! For this lower body session you will need a pair of dumbbells, a mat, and a wall/furniture for balance in single leg calf raises. Optional is a chair for Bulgarian lunges however you can perform regular lunges if you prefer. The dumbbells I am using are 10kg each for your reference. The timer will be on set for supersets so we do an exercise for 45 seconds, straight into a complimentary exercise for 45 seconds followed by 30 seconds rest! If you try this you will see a significant improvement is happening in your spoken English skill. Follow these four steps to learn English faster. 1. Read and write daily for at least 1 hour at your level, which means you can start with simple and easy English storybooks. 2. Try to clear you all doubts regarding basic English grammar. 3. Regularly watch and follow Dadar i school videos on different topics like present tense, past tense, future tense, parts of speech, modal verb, voice change, narration, articles, spoken English practice class, etc and practice as per the instruction. 4. Find a partner and start speaking in English.
