in RcqL6JqyJQQ&t=0m38s 0:38 i tap “upgrade” and it lead me to “cannot connect” with a retry button and i tap that and it keep saying “cannot connect” i’ve check my wifi and got in contact with a apple staff by their recommendations don’t work.i’m trying to upgrade to get my photos back
