All of Venezuela's problems are home made by their own government. Its not America's fault they can't manage their oil resources like investing in the oil infrastructure & investing & maintaining other sources of income like manufacturing & agriculture. Total dependence on oil revenue with fluctuating prices has led them to this. Rampant corruption is also a big factor.

I was in Zimbabwe at a KFC and for a 21 piece bucket it was $60 . Crazy how they are way more expensive in poor countries
